Production & Packaging Assistant

CareFree Enzymes is looking for a dependable, hands-on person to help with production and packaging at our local Kansasville facility. This is a part-time opportunity to learn practical skills while working with a small team. No previous production experience is required—we provide paid training.

Hours and Pay
• Starting pay: $20 per hour.
• Approximately 3–4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, during the school year.
• Start time coordinated around your school schedule. Students with an approved early-release or school work program are encouraged to apply.
• Additional hours available during winter, spring, and summer breaks, depending on production needs and your availability.

What You’ll Do
• Help fill, cap, label, and package bottles.
• Assemble boxes and pack finished products.
• Help prepare orders for shipment.
• Keep production and warehouse areas clean and organized.

• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work safely.
• Attention to detail and pride in doing a good job.
• Comfort with hands-on work, including standing, bending, and moving bottles and boxes.
• Ability to work well with a small team.

Benefits
• Paid holidays after 90 days, based on your regular work schedule.
